Delivery Policy

  1. All deliveries are only within Malaysia.  Kindly make sure your address is complete, correct and accurate.
  2. P.O. Box or international addresses is not acceptable.
  3. If the packaging seal is opened or damaged, DO NOT accept the parcel.
  4. Kindly make sure you or your representative is available to acknowledge receipt the parcel, if you are not available, you may contact the carrier/courier service within stipulated timeframe for rearrangement of another deliveries attempt or self-pick up from their office.
  5. If the order is not collected within the stipulated time, the order may be disposed and there shall not be any refund for the amount purchased for that order.
  6. We use only standard packaging materials for all orders.
  7. All items purchased in one order will be delivered to one same delivery address within Malaysia. 

Shipping Charges

  1. A minimum shipping fee of RM8.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Eight Only) will be charged on every transaction of parcel weight at 2kg and below for Peninsular Malaysia delivery, and a minimum shipping fee of RM15.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Fifteen Only) will be charged on every transaction of parcel weight at 2kg and below for East Malaysia delivery, unless otherwise stated. For parcel weight above 2kg, additional fee is applicable on additional weight, in addition to minimum shipping fee. Total shipping fee will be calculated automatically during check out.  The fee charging rate is subject to change when necessary, without prior notice.
  2. STRICTLY NO REFUND for shipping fee.
  3. All orders will be dispatched and delivered by designated carriers/courier service according to their respective working days and hours.

Delivery Lead Time

  1. Order confirmed with purchase monies made before 4 pm on business working day is considered same day order and order confirmed with purchase monies made after 4 pm on business working day is considered next business working day order.
  2. Confirmed orders will be processed and courier out within the next three (3) business working days, in which excluding Saturday, Sunday & public holidays.
  3. Delivery lead time for orders to arrive delivery address is subject to speed of delivery service of designated carriers. Tracking number will be provided upon request, for buyer to have logistics tracking.

Sales, Promotions & Festive Periods

  1. During peak online sales & promotional periods, orders and deliveries may take longer time.
  2. For festive seasons, please place your order three (3) days in advance in addition to the regular lead time required.
