How to order
To place an order:
1. ‘Login’ to your account. For new user, click ‘My account’ and select ‘Register’.
2. Add items that you want to buy to the cart.
3. Once you have placed all of the items that you want to buy in your cart, head to the ‘Checkout’.
4. You will then be able to finalize your order by entering your payment and
delivery details.

Time of goods released: Goods will be sent out from our store within 24 hours of working day upon confirmation of payment.

Payment
Online shopping at our website is on a prepayment basis, orders are processed once payment has been received in full. Payments must be made in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) only.

Cancellation of Orders
All orders which have been processed and delivered cannot be cancelled or altered.

Delivery
1. If any products are not available at the time of your order we will contact you immediately via E-mail, you will then have the option to wait for the stock replenishment or we will give you a full refund.
2. Upon confirmation and successful transaction of payment, we will E-mail you an Order Confirmation and Delivery Details, which includes your Tracking Number.Any delays in shipment or unavailability of purchased items, will be notify via E-mail.

Return & Exchange
We regret that Returns and Refunds cannot be accommodated. However, we will gladly accept any request to exchange that is made within 7 days from the date of receiving your items, which is subject to confirmation with us either by email or telephone. The following guidelines apply:
1. Exchanges are only applicable to size and subjected to stock availability.
2. Exchanges cannot be accepted on worn, soiled, stained or washed merchandise.
3. The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, not damaged and in re-sale-able condition together with any associated accessories and documentation.
3. Discounted / special priced items are final sales and will not be eligible for exchanges
4. All exchange items will have to be sent to us at Customer’s own cost and risk. Customers will have to bear the delivery charges incurred when returning the goods.
5. We recommend items for exchange are sent to us via recorded delivery service to provide you with proof of posting. We cannot be held responsible for loss or items damaged on the way back for an exchange. Please pack your returned items properly to ensure that the items do not get damaged in transit and please insure them if possible. We reserve the right not to accept the return.
6. Delivery fee for the replacement items is to be borne by the customers.
